Sign a purchase agreement and Deliver Earnest Money
Prepare for Closing

- Arrange for homeowners’ insurance
- Call utility companies.
- Arrange for deliveries of furniture, appliances and mail.
Final Walk-thru of Property
Closing
- Sign closing paperwork and warranty information.
